Essential is our Let Only service for landlords who want to take control of the tenancy once the tenant has moved into the property. We advise that this service is only suitable for landlords local to the property and with up to date knowledge on the requirements involved in lettings. This service can be tailored to include “bolt on” features such as inspections, check outs, floorplans, renewals and rent arrears chasing (to 2 phone calls and 2 letters).
